High Speed Broadband Internet

Sun Valley Townhome Condominiums are all pre-wired for High Speed Broadband Internet. The internet connection is provided by URBANCOM.NET, Chicago's Premier provider or broadband internet connectivity, since 1997. The connection is delivered via fixed wireless microwave and distributed to each unit by wired ethernet connection. Each unit is equipped witha firewall/router which distributes the connection to strategically placed pre-wired RJ45 jacks through the units.

Residents will experience a connection to the internet with download speeds of 1600 kbps compared to typical dial-up speeds of 30 kbps.
